You’ll enjoy a 45-minute call with a personal development coach, exploring some of the personal or professional challenges you’re facing. What you would like to see transpire in the coming weeks and long-term goals that are weighing on your heart: We’ll walk through that.
After that call, you will receive a document laying out step-by-step actions for achieving all of your goals (and confronting some of your fears).
In addition, you’ll receive three additional 30-minute follow-up calls over the next three weeks. After our first phone meeting, we can go through the exercises in the planning document and we can explore the impact during/after the exercises as well as any trouble-shooting needs.
Along the way, we’ll identify some of the mental and physical roadblocks preventing you from reaching your goals and create step-by-step solutions to set you up for success now and in the years to come.
